Fanuc Wire EDM machine: We have two Fanuc Wire EDM machines; one with a cutting space of 10" by 15" by 8" (x,y,z), and another with the cutting area of 14" by 20" by 8". By having two machines, we are able to run multiple projects simultaneously.

Omniturn GT-75 CNC screw-type lathe: With this CNC lathe, we can machine materials up to two inches in diameter, from cylindrical, hexagonal, and rectangular bars. Parts are typically made from eight- or ten-foot long bars, which are lead into the collet by means of a pressurized, air-tight pipe.

Bridgeport manual milling machine: The mill allows drilling, tapping, and reaming at almost any position or angle relative to the material being cut.

Logan manual lathe: This lathe is typically used for small production runs, as running this does not require writing a program. It is not used as frequently as the CNC lathe, but it is still useful to have around.

CNC milling machine: This machine is in the process of being set up. Once it is fully operational, it will allow large production jobs that require use of a milling machine to be produced much faster and efficiently.
